NAMECHEAP (TECH SAVVY)
I currently use Namecheap as my main hosting platform because you can get a domain for an entire year for less than 2.00$. I also was able to start my blog for less than 12$ for my first month. You can read how I did that here.
Kit (ConvertKit)
Kit is perfect for growing email lists and subscribers. It is extremely beginner friendly. They have a free plan available as well.
Google Analytics
Using Google Analytics is a bit old school, but hey, it works. Using this I can see what pages are working and how my readers are reacting to it as well as how many monthly views my site is getting and from where.
